Fourth Street Financial provides strategy, business plan development and ongoing support to help our clients maximize their success. We facilitate connections to capital, provide general business advice and mentor young professionals and seasoned veterans alike. FSFC operates in three business lines; (1) Personal Finance: Through it's Home Ownership Solutions division, FSFC structures and advances loans secured by second mortgage liens, (2) Investment & Advisory: Though it's Advisory business FSFC advises and invests in early stage companies, primarily technology and (3)Corporate Finance: through its partnership with SPP Capital Markets, FSFC originates Private Capital transactions, both Investment Grade and High Yield/Mezzanine transactions across all industry sectors.

Founder, Paul DeMelo, after a successful 30+ year cross-border financial services career is actively approached by individuals and companies for his Business Advice, his Access to Capital and his many Executive Connections. Fourth Street was formed to help ‘turn’ Business Ideas into Productive Companies. Paul has often said, “in his career he has made more friends than money.” Fourth Street Financial is an opportunity to capitalize on his vast experience, years of coaching, and considerable friendships and connections to bring success to his clients.
