Paul R DeMelo has enjoyed a successful twenty seven year financial services career in Canada and the United States, including COO and CEO roles in Canadian subsidiaries of major Global Banks. He has developed, led and executed many successful market specific and national growth strategies in Canada and the US. Most recently Paul has held the role of Head Corporate Banking at National Bank Financial where he was responsible for a portfolio of over $18B in authorized Credit, Corporate Cash Management, Corporate Banking Operations and Canada’s largest Junior Oil & Gas Commercial Lending Business. Furthermore, Paul is or has been an active executive member of a number of Advisory Boards and Senior Committees. Paul is an active member of Maple Leaf Angels Incorporated, a technology angel investment organization and Exempt Dealer.
